We believe interlocking indoor and outdoor space is a necessity in architecture. Because of this, our design process begins with a comprehensive site study of: prevailing and directional breeze, the sun’s path and direct influence, optimal view options, and the preservation of natural vegetation. The unique qualities of each site inspire our design.

Our approach is to maximize use of the outdoors. This can be done with skylights, decks, gardens, breezeways, porches and everything in-between. After addressing the individuality of each client’s needs, we accentuate their unique property with a building that integrates with the natural environment. In doing this, both site and building become enriched habitable space.
